CHIESA DI S. MARIA DEL RIFUGIO.
Il piccolo edificio religioso che affaccia su Piazza del Popolo fu costruito nell’anno 1712 e dedicato dall’allora Vescovo di Avellino Mons. Procaccino al culto delle anime del Purgatorio. Coevo all’edificio, al suo interno, vi è una Pala d’altare raffigurante la Madonna e le anime Purganti, di Autore ignoto di scuola napoletana del ‘700.
Dagli inizi del ‘900 la chiesa è dedicata a S. Anna.

The small religious building overlooking Popolo Square was built in 1712 and dedicated by the Bishop of Avellino Mons. Procaccino to the cult of the souls in Purgatory.
Contemporary to the building, inside there is an altarpiece representing Our Lady and the souls in Purgatory ,by an unknown painter of the Neapolitan school of 700. Since the beginning of '’900 the church is dedicated to St. Anna.
